Order Cancellation Policy
- Before Shipment
- Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
- To request a cancellation, contact us at customercare@aromasfragrance .com with your order details.
- A full refund will be issued for cancelled orders.
- After Shipment
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled
Return and Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Custom or personalized products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:
- Order number
- Photographs and video of the damaged/defective item(s) while or just after unboxing the package.
- Return Process
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
- Ensure the product is securely packaged and in its original condition.
- Refund Process
- Refunds are initiated once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For other reasons, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Orders placed for custom or personalized items.
